Welcome to Vile Analyziz. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Vile Analyziz platform, including our website, file analysis services, API, endpoint agents, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Vile Analyziz is a file analysis platform that provides threat detection, trust scoring, vendor intelligence, application governance, and license compliance capabilities. The Service analyzes files you upload and generates reports to help you make informed security decisions.

The Service is offered in multiple plan tiers (Free, Pro, Business, and Enterprise), each with different feature limits and capabilities as described on our Pricing page.

3. Account Registration and Security

Some features of the Service require you to create an account. When you do, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with unauthorized individuals.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

Certain features (such as public file uploads) are available without an account, subject to daily rate limits.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Upload files with the intent to attack, disrupt, or compromise the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to abuse the Service, circumvent rate limits, or generate excessive load beyond normal usage.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts, data, or analysis results.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying algorithms of the Service.
• Use the Service to distribute malware, conduct phishing campaigns, or facilitate any illegal activity.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its outputs without our written consent.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against violations, including suspending or terminating your account.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Files: You retain all ownership rights to the files you upload to the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your uploaded content. By uploading files, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze them solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Our Service: The Vile Analyziz platform, including its design, features, analysis methodologies, reports, documentation, and branding, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without our written permission.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided on a best-effort basis, and we may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.

Free tier: No uptime guarantees or service level commitments. We may throttle or limit free-tier usage during periods of high demand.

Paid tiers: Service level commitments vary by plan. Enterprise customers may negotiate specific SLA terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify affected users in advance of material changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Analysis results are informational and do not constitute guarantees. Trust scores, threat verdicts, vendor intelligence, and all other outputs of the Service are generated using automated analysis techniques and are intended to assist your security decision-making. They should not be treated as absolute determinations of safety or risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vile Analyziz and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if your account has been inactive for an extended period. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination, except in cases of severe or repeated violations.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data and uploaded files in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable retention policies. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as limitations of liability) will remain in effect.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email (if you have an account) or by posting a notice on the platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service before the effective date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration or litigation in the appropriate jurisdiction.
