Billing & Plans

Vile Analyziz offers four plan tiers to fit organizations of every size. This guide covers what each plan includes, how quotas work, and how to manage your subscription. For a side-by-side feature comparison, visit the Pricing page.

Free Tier

The Free tier is permanent and requires no credit card. It includes 50 analyses per month, up to 3 users, and access to core analysis features including threat detection, trust scoring, and vendor intelligence. Agents, API keys, and approval rules are not available on the Free tier.

The Free tier is designed for individuals and small teams evaluating the platform. There is no time limit and no trial expiration. You can upgrade to a paid plan whenever you need more capacity or advanced features.

Quota Mechanics

Each plan has a monthly analysis quota that resets on your billing cycle date. An “analysis” counts each time you upload a file or request a reanalysis of an existing file. Viewing previously generated reports does not consume quota.

80% Threshold Notification

When your organization reaches 80% of its monthly analysis limit, an email notification is sent to all Admin and Owner users. This gives you time to moderate usage or upgrade before hitting the cap.

100% Quota Reached

After exceeding your monthly limit, uploads are throttled to 10 analyses per day for the remainder of the billing cycle. A second email notification confirms the quota has been reached. All existing reports and data remain fully accessible.

Quota Reset

Your analysis count resets to zero at the start of each billing cycle. Unused analyses do not roll over to the next month.

Upgrading

To upgrade, go to Settings and select Billing. Choose your new plan and complete checkout through the secure billing portal. Changes take effect immediately: your new quota and feature set are available as soon as checkout completes.

If you upgrade mid-cycle, billing is prorated. You only pay for the remaining days in the current period at the new rate. Annual billing is available on all paid plans with a 17% discount.

Downgrading

You can downgrade your plan at any time from the Billing section in Settings. When you downgrade, resources that exceed the new plan’s limits become read-only. No data is deleted.

  • Users: Existing members remain but you cannot invite new members until your user count is within the new limit.
  • Agents: Enrolled agents continue to report but you cannot enroll new agents until the count is within bounds.
  • API Keys: Active keys continue to work but new keys cannot be created until the count is within bounds.
  • Approval Rules: Existing rules remain active but new rules cannot be created until usage is within limits.
  • Features: Capabilities not included in the new plan (such as SSO, data export, or webhooks) are disabled immediately.

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription, open the billing portal from Settings and select “Cancel plan.” Your access continues at the paid tier until the end of the current billing period. After that, your organization reverts to the Free tier.

All analysis data is retained for 30 days after cancellation. During this window, you can resubscribe to restore full access. After 30 days, data associated with paid-tier features may be permanently removed.

Invoices & Receipts

All invoices and payment receipts are available through the billing portal. Navigate to Settings and select Billing, then open the billing portal to view, download, or email past invoices. Payment history includes all charges, credits, and refunds.
